You can use the following features on Doctolib:

1. Schedule and Manage Appointments Online

Simply select the reason for your visit from the calendar and book an appointment that works for you at our beauty clinic in downtown Berlin. The convenient appointment reminder via email or text message helps you stay organized. You can reschedule or cancel the appointment in your personal Doctolib account if anything changes.

2. Get notified when appointments become available

You can add yourself to a digital waiting list if the appointment you booked with us is at least 2 weeks in the future. You will then be automatically notified if an earlier appointment becomes available, and you can reschedule your appointment to an earlier time through your account.

3. Receive documents relevant to your treatment

You can view and download all your treatment-related documents in your personal account. We transmit these documents securely via Doctolib.

4. Use the video consultation service

Video consultations offer many advantages: You save on travel time and don’t have to wait at the doctor’s office. Especially now, during the COVID-19 pandemic, contactless consultations are particularly important. Simply schedule a video consultation with Dr. Towmasjan from the comfort of your own home. If necessary, sick notes can also be issued during the video consultation.
