Surgical thigh lift helps improve body image
Toned thighs and balanced body proportions don’t have to remain a dream. During a thigh lift, we remove excess skin and fat tissue to achieve a slimmer, more shapely contour. If you also have so-called “saddlebags,” these can be removed in a separate procedure. The result is a new, harmonious silhouette.
Thigh Lift with Liposuction
How is a thigh lift performed? The incision is made in the groin area and continues along the inner thighs and into the crease of the buttocks. Excess skin and fat tissue are removed, and the skin is tightened. After a thigh lift, you should avoid exercise for about one month and wear special compression garments for 6–8 weeks.
In most cases, combining a thigh lift with liposuction is not a good idea. These two procedures—if both are necessary at all—should be performed separately. Please consult your surgeon for more information on this matter.
Does a thigh lift leave scars?
Scars cannot be completely avoided with a thigh lift. However, we position the incisions as inconspicuously as possible so that they can be easily concealed, for example, under a bikini bottom. If your skin is prone to excessive scarring, we can offer you laser scar revision once everything has healed.
