During a lower eyelid lift, we remove excess skin and fat tissue. A very fine suture is placed along the lower lash line so that no visible scars remain. If you do not have excess skin, but rather a sort of „fat pouch,“ our surgeon will remove only this fatty tissue. This procedure is usually performed through an incision on the inner side of the lower eyelids.
