• During virtual consultations, we protect each other from potential infection.
• Quick resolution of general inquiries.
• Not just pre-procedure care, but post-procedure care as well: After a procedure, counseling sessions can also be conducted via video chat or phone.

How do the online consultations work?

1. To schedule an initial consultation, please call the office: +49 30 832 23 4 88. Please contact our receptionist to schedule an appointment for a video or phone consultation with Mr. Karen Towmasjan.
2. Alternative Appointment Scheduling via the contact form: Please select the appropriate type of consultation (online or by phone) there.
3. Just in case, please have a few clear photos and a list of your questions ready.

And this applies to visits to the office

If you would like to visit us in person, please follow the standard hygiene guidelines:

• Everyone is wearing a face mask.
• We maintain a minimum distance of 1.5 meters.
• Once you arrive at the practice, please wash your hands first. Hand sanitizer is available for your use.
• Please understand that we will unfortunately have to send you home if you come to the office with cold symptoms.
