What You Can Expect from an Eyebrow Lift at KT-Beauty in Berlin

As we age, our tissues lose their elasticity, causing the entire face to sag slowly but surely. Among other things, this can lead to a drooping of the eyebrows. The shape of the eyebrows then changes, and sometimes asymmetry even develops. As the eyebrows droop, pressure is also exerted on the skin of the upper eyelids. The eye area is therefore automatically affected as well, making your eyes appear small and tired. As a result, the face not only loses its freshness and youthfulness but also appears sullen and exhausted.

A non-surgical eyebrow lift—is that possible?

A mild eyebrow lift without surgery can be achieved with hyaluronic acid and Botox injections. The results last about half a year and must then be repeated. However, this method isn't very effective if the drooping of the eyebrow area is severe.

An eyebrow lift using the thread method is also possible. In this procedure, the eyebrows are lifted using threads that have small barbs. The threads are inserted into the tissue through small punctures in the skin. These threads dissolve after about 10–14 days, but the eyebrows remain in their new shape. The results last for about 3–5 years.

How does a traditional eyebrow lift work?

If the methods mentioned above are not sufficient, we are happy to perform a traditional eyebrow lift. This involves making a very small incision—either along the upper edge of the eyebrow or at the side of the hairline. Excess skin is removed, and the incision is then sutured.
