What does body contouring involve?

Since the goal of body contouring is overall body tightening, the individual body contouring procedures vary widely. Depending on the problem areas and our patients’ wishes, we develop a personalized treatment plan. As always, we use minimally invasive techniques. This means we make the incisions as small as possible so that they leave barely visible or no scars at all.

Our Patient's Body Contouring Experience

For JJ's cosmetic surgery, we focused on targeted body contouring of the waist, hips, and thighs. The patient wanted a more toned body. She was particularly bothered by the stubborn pockets of fat.

In the first step, liposuction was performed on the problem areas. This permanently removed excess fat cells. In the second step, the abdominal region was contoured. Using a special liposuction technique, we recreated the lateral abdominal muscles. This made JJ’s dream of defined abs come true.
